KEY FEATURES:
This adorable condo is located in the charming Seville East complex located right off Scottsdale Road and Chaparral. Recently renovated interior features an AMAZING granite countertop and updated appliances.
We drew color inspiration from the Seville East vibe with clean lines and a few mid-century touches. In the kitchen you’ll find a Keurig coffee maker to wake up for the day and updated appliances that make cooking a meal just like you were at home.

The back bedroom features a super comfy KING size spring-pillowtop mattress and chest of drawers for convenience. The other bedroom features a 9″ memory foam gel mattress brand new from AFW, it’s amazing!

Bathrooms feel like a penthouse suite – fully updated! Even the mirrors are custom with 3-colors of touch light and anti-fog feature

Two Smart TV’s, don’t forget that we will provide Netflix, YouTube TV and Disney+ on us 🙂

Parking notes: This vacation rental has one assigned carport. To access the carport, turn north into the alleyway behind the Seville East Complex off Rancho Vista Dr. There is also parking along the road directly in front of the unit, please be sure to park facing the correct direction to avoid potential tickets.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental
No smoking inside or on the patio. Please stay a minimum of 20 feet from the unit if you will be smoking.
